Yamashiro is one of the leading tea factories that located in Kyoto, Japan. Uji matcha is known as the premium matcha which is ceremonial quality matcha.

This lightly sweetened matcha latte is using ceremonial grade matcha, so you can recreate the restaurant matcha latte at home. You can make hot or iced matcha latte early all year around.

How to Use:

1. For Hot Matcha Latte:

Put 10g (about 2 tea spoons) matcha powder in a cup, then add in 100cc steamed hot milk, stir well with a spoon. Serve immediately.

2. For Ice Matcha Latte:

Add a small amount hot water with 10g matcha powder and whisk until no lumps remain. Add cold milk and stir.
